Exercise is proven to help regulate emotions and behaviors, so we encourage you to stay active individually and as a family. Schedule times to keep your children active at intervals throughout the day. Take a walk in your neighborhood (at a safe distance from others), play music, throw an indoor dance party, do some aerobics, jumping jacks etc.–keep active!
