Our P.E. program places emphasis on participation, learning, and having fun, regardless of ability level. The goal is that each student develops or improves their individual skill base and experiences feelings of success and achievement, and that together our students and coaches experience the joy of working effectively as a team. P.E. classes are designed to develop and strengthen skills, while promoting a healthy lifestyle and self-confidence. Classes develop motor skills and foster team spirit, while focusing on personal wellness, and encouraging students to be physically active during breaks in distance learning.
